The Restaurant

Located in the heart of the hotel is the Juniper restaurant.  Seating up to 65 covers, the restaurant caters for many occasions including small parties and functions, celebratory meals and private dining for both residents and nonresidents at the hotel. 

Hotel residents can enjoy a full cooked English breakfast or lighter continental breakfast in the restaurant offering a wide selection of yogurts, fruit, cereals and pastries accompanied with plenty of freshly brewed coffee, tea, toast and preserves. 

Breakfast serving times are Monday – Friday 7:00am till 9:30am and Saturday – Sunday 8:00am till 10:00am.

Lunch is served in the restaurant from 12 noon straight through till the evening with a selection of menu’s available to choose from including our A la Carte menu and Spa Lunch Menus. 

Dinner is served each evening in the restaurant from 6:30pm onwards where our full A la Carte menu is available.  Created by our Head Chef Mark Raw our evening menu offers a wide selection of traditional English cuisine using the finest, freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers from across the region.

To accompany your meal we have a wide and varied selection of wines offering choices from around the world to suit all tastes.
